Dr. Paul Menzer

Dr. Paul Daniel Menzer received a B.A from the University of Maryland, an M.A. from Georgetown University, and his Ph.D. in Renaissance Literature from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Menzer's research interests include theatre history, performance bibliography, early modern acting, and the material conditions of performance on the English Renaissance stage.

Dr. Menzer has published his fields of interest and has served as managing editor of Shakespeare Quarterly, America's preeminent Shakespeare journal.
